The Heritage Cottage borrows the proportions of a classic New England carriage house and updates them for modern living. Cedar lap siding, a steep gable, and divided-light windows give it a timeless exterior that blends naturally into older Western Massachusetts neighborhoods.
Inside, the layout is wide-open by default — one main room, a compact kitchenette, and a full bath — so you can finish it as a home office, guest suite, art studio, or simple backyard retreat. We size and trim the cottage to your lot, your zoning, and how you actually plan to use it.
Every feature below is included in the base build. Anything else can be added in your design consultation.
